You need these ingredients for our fantastic avocado burgers.
- 2 avocados
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 100g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 carrots (yellow and orange)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 handful of arugula
- some fresh parsley
- 1 lemon
- olive oil
- 2 slices of whole grain bread (for those who want a few carbohydrates)
Preparation
First we prepare the crispy one salad before and put water for the poached eggs.
