    Key Account Manager HealthTech (m/w/x)

    We are a dynamic international HealthTech company offering innovative gut microbiome solutions. Our groundbreaking technology makes it easy to analyze gut health and enables people to gain simple access to a healthy gut microbiom proven to have a positive impact on overall well-being.

    Key Account Manager HealthTech (m/f/x), Vienna, Full-time, Starting immediately

    Your Responsibilities

    • Revenue Responsibility: You advise and support laboratories, healthcare institutions, companies, and pharmacies from the first contact through contract signing and remain their trusted point of contact beyond that.
    • Customer Relationship Management: You manage and support national and international existing clients in the healthcare sector and assist them with technical and administrative matters.
    • Project Management: You design, plan, and implement various projects with clients and provide onboarding and training for partners.
    • Identification and Strategic Outreach to Potential Cooperation Partners: You analyze current trends in the healthcare market and work with the team to develop new market strategies, including cold outreach and identifying growth opportunities.
    • Representation of myBioma: You organiae and represent myBioma at events and in interactions with cooperation partners.

    What Sets You Apart

    • A completed degree in a life science field (e.g., Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or similar)
    • Experience in a B2B environment and in building and managing partnerships
    • Prior knowledge in gut health, the immune system, or DNA sequencing is an advantage
    • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
    • Most importantly: a hands-on mentality – you take initiative, tackle challenges, and independently bring projects to completion.
