Customer Care Manager Health (w/m/x)
We are myBioma – an internationally growing HealthTech company based in Vienna. Our innovative microbiome analysis helps people understand and sustainably improve their gut health.
To ensure that our customers experience not only a great product but also outstanding support, we are looking for you!
You will be the central point of contact for our customers regarding gut health, making sure they feel understood, well supported, and excellently cared for – from the very first interaction through long-term use of our product.
Your responsibilities with us
- First point of contact for our customers: You will answer inquiries mainly via email, through our customer service tool Gleap, and occasionally by phone – always professionally, solution-oriented, and with a smile (hotline open Mon–Fri, 9 a.m.–12 p.m.).
- Finding solutions for shipping or product usage issues – always with the goal of supporting our customers in the best possible way.
- Analysing customer service KPIs: You will evaluate feedback and surveys and actively share your insights with the product and IT teams.
- Customer journey support: You understand customer concerns and contribute improvement ideas for processes, communication, and product features.
- B2B customer support assistance: You support our B2B team in customer support by responding to inquiries from our business and corporate clients.
What you bring – professionally & personally
- High school diploma (Matura) and at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Interest in nutrition science
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to digital tools and systems
- Initiative and willingness to contribute constructive improvement suggestions
- Reliability, accuracy, and the ability to work independently
- Interest in analyzing and interpreting data, feedback, and KPIs
- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus

- Attractive salary package: The collective agreement salary is €2,362 gross per month for full-time employment. Significant overpayment is planned depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
